2025-26 TUITION FEES

Half-day Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten $ 8,450 Annual Tuition

Kindergarten-Grade 6 $ 19,899 Annual Tuition

There is a one-time, non-refundable, non-transferable fee of $75 per child that must be submitted with each completed application for admission to Pinecrest School. (Former students, former Pinecrest Pavilion or Virtual Pinecrest campers, or siblings of current students will enjoy a 50% reduction on the application fee.) This fee is due with the submission of the application and paid online. *does not apply to returning students
The annual deposit is paid during the completion of the enrollment contract. The Deposit will be applied as a credit toward Tuition due. The Deposit is non-refundable in all situations, including in situations of Student’s withdrawal, dismissal or other separation from the School. Parents’ obligation to timely submit the Deposit and Contract does not create a condition precedent for the School enforcement of this Contract.

For Returning Students:  The first tuition installment is due by February 2, 2025, to guarantee space for 2025-26; after this time, space is released to new students; welcome to re-enroll after the deadline if space allows. The annual deposit is paid online at the time of the registration contract submission. The registration contract link is provided by the school office.

Tuition is not prorated for absences. Tuition is only prorated for students whose first day of school is after the school’s first day of the current school year. If a student joins the school after the academic year has already begun, the Business Office will prorate the remaining annual tuition and materials fee. There will be no proration of other applicable fees.

 

The proration of tuition and materials fees is based on the ratio of remaining teaching days in the academic year to the total teaching days in the academic year. No consideration will be given for possible future inclement weather days. These amounts will be divided by the remaining payment due dates in the academic year, the first business day of each month.
Tuition rates cover all regular classroom activities, all supplies*, and, if applicable, most field trips. The annual materials fee is per student, and it is not prorated or discounted. The fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and due by August 1, 2025.
For Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten (half-day) Students:  annual materials fee of $350.  
For Pre-Kindergarten (full-day) Students:  annual materials fee of $400
For K-6 Students:  annual materials fee of $450
*The above fees include all needed supplies for the school year with the exception of a short list of personal items that parents/guardians will be required to provide. This short list will be provided to parents by the end of July 2025.
Sibling Discount: Families with multiple children enrolled at the school will pay full tuition for their oldest child and will enjoy a 15% reduction on each additional child’s tuition.
Pinecrest School must receive tuition by the first day of each month. The School may charge late fees on missed or untimely payments, including a $50 fee for monthly payments not received within 30 days of being due (which accrues every 30 days until payment is received) and a $25 fee for returned checks or insufficient funds. All Tuition and Fees must be paid by Parents to the School by June 30, 2026, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
At Pinecrest School, we aim to keep tuition fees accessible. We also understand that for some families, the cost may still be prohibitive. We believe that finances shouldn’t hinder a child’s opportunity to join our school community, which is why we offer Financial Aid.

 

To determine Financial Aid amounts, we utilize a third-party platform to ensure objectivity. Please note that Financial Aid is only available for students in Kindergarten through 6th grade as per school policy.

 

All Financial Aid applications are treated with the utmost confidentiality, and families must reapply annually.

 

If you’re considering applying for Financial Aid, please let us know at the beginning of the admission process. We recommend requesting information and an application for Financial Aid as soon as you receive confirmation of your application to Pinecrest School.
We are grateful for our current, past, and future Military families at Pinecrest School. We partner with Military assistance fee programs such as Child Care Aware & Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood (MCCYN).

2025-26 EXTENDED DAY FEES

  • Should the school offer before-care from 8-8:30 a.m., families would be billed at a rate of $7/student/day (regardless of how much time is used per day).
  • Before-care is billed and paid for after use; it is not prepaid. Invoices would be emailed to parents/guardians in the first week of the subsequent month, with the before-care ACH payment being pulled on the 15th of the subsequent month. Authorization for ACH pull of before-care payments occurs on the same required form referenced above in “Nine Tuition Installments.”
  • Should the school be able to offer this, families with multiple children enrolled in before-care will pay full fees for their highest monthly charge and will receive a 15% reduction on each additional child’s before-care charges.
K-6 & full-day Pre-kindergarten after-care is available from 3:35-6 p.m. for full-day students currently attending Pinecrest School.  Preschool & half-day Pre-kindergarten after-care is available from 12:05-6 p.m. for half-day early childhood students currently attending Pinecrest School.  Different staff members supervise the two after-care groups; they are not routinely combined. 
Any family wishing to use the before- and/or after-care program at any point during the school year must complete an after-care registration form per family. 
After-care is billed and paid for after use; it is not prepaid. Invoices will be sent to parents in the first week of the subsequent month with the ACH payment for after-care being pulled on the 15th of the subsequent month. After-care is billed in half hour increments. A $50 late fee will be applied to any after-care fees not paid a month after receiving the bill.  An additional $50 fee will be assessed every 30 days.
After-care is billed at $14/hour with a monthly cap of $475 (meaning that you will not be invoiced more than $475/month any given month for full-day Pre-kindergarten &  K-6 after-care use per child); each month is billed separately beginning in August until the end of the school year. The hours are 3:35-6:00 p.m.
Preschool Aftercare is billed at $14/hour with a monthly cap of $800 (meaning that you will not be invoiced more than $800/month any given month for preschool after-care use per child); each month is billed separately beginning in August until the end of the school year. The hours are from 12:05-6:00 p.m.
After-care is billed at a rate of $14/hour per student with a monthly cap. This monthly cap means that you will not be invoiced more than the cap at any given month for after-care use per child. Each month is billed separately beginning in August until the end of the school year.
Families with multiple children enrolled in after-care will pay full fees for their highest monthly charge and will receive a 15% reduction on each additional child’s after-care charges.
A $15 late pick-up fee is charged if the child is picked up between 6:00-6:10 p.m. An additional $2 per minute is charged after 6:10 p.m. This late fee is per child. Advance notice of late arrival by the parent does not nullify the late fee. Frequent late pick-ups may cause the child’s dismissal from the program.
