Spring Break Camp 2017
Spring Break Camp at Pinecrest School will be one week of creative, enriching Pinecrest-style FUN – like a sampling of our summer program distilled into five days. Each day will be an exciting mix of STEM, arts and crafts, physical activity and games – scavenger hunts, brain-bending games, science discoveries, engineering challenges, art explorations and handmade treasures to take home and much more! Ms. Mitlo, camp director, will run the camp with a team of seasoned Pinecrest Pavilion assistants.

Monday-Friday, April 10-14, 2017
Kindergarten through Grade 6
9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
You may sign up for individual days or the entire week.
Campers should bring their own lunch and a morning and afternoon snack. Lunch boxes/bags must be clearly labeled with the child’s name and date. This is a Commonwealth of Virginia licensing requirement.
Before-care is available for all campers beginning at 7:30 a.m.
After-care is available from 3:30-6 p.m.
K-6 Camp – 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m
$78/day (After March 27, $98/day)
$10/day, prepaid at registration
$10/hour, billed after use
Families with multiple children enrolled at Spring Break Camp will pay in full for their first child and will enjoy a 5% reduction on each additional child’s fees. On the online form, please select the sibling discount button only for sibling registrations after the first child.
Spring Break Camp fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you wish to register for additional days or items after you have already completed and paid for registration, please contact Ms. Mitlo directly and do not fill out an additional form.
If you attend Pinecrest School and/or attended Pinecrest summer camp in 2016, we have your Medical Emergency Form and other necessary documents on file. You do not need to fill out the online medical/emergency care form again. (If any information has changed, please email us as soon as possible so we can update our records.)

Currently, registration is only open to Pinecrest School families and past camp families.

Additional Required Documents: New Families Only
In accordance with Commonwealth of Virginia licensing requirements, parents/guardians must submit:
- Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health Form, including immunization record, by Friday, March 31, 2017. This form must be signed by a physician or his/her designee, a registered nurse, or an official of a local health department. If a child is under six years old, the exam must have taken place within the last year.
- Medical Emergency Care Form, submitted online by Friday, March 31, 2017. A $5 fee per field will be assessed for any fields on the medical/emergency form not filled out completely or accurately.
- Proof of Identity and Age - To provide this, parents/guardians will need to present one of the following to the Pinecrest School office: a certified copy of a birth certificate, a birth registration card, a passport or an original Virginia public school report card. This information must be presented in person at Pinecrest School by Friday, March 31, 2017. School office hours are 8:15 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please check the school calendar for school holidays.
Children without a complete School Health Entrance Form, a complete online Medical Emergency Care Form AND verification by parent of proof of identity and age, on file at Pinecrest School, by Friday, March 31, 2017, will not be allowed to attend camp and fees paid will not be refunded.
